Although we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction we understand that sometimes this may not be possible and so we accept returns within 14 days of purchase this includes weekends. When you return a product it must be in the same condition you received it in, we document every package sent. If you return a product and it isn't faulty or is returned not in it's original state we reserve the right to send the product back to you and refuse further service.
In the event a refund is needed we will try our best to process it as soon as possible. In some cases this can take up to 30 working days. This is due to outside agencies and/or institutions. We will endeavour to work as quickly as possible.
We are extremely humble to receive donations towards our next innovation and we thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of our hearts, our goal is to be able to give back to our community. Being a new company in our first year we unfortunately do not have the funds to achieve all that we can, with the Covid-19 interrupting businesses all over the world, and being a young company we need all the help we can get. All donations are gratefully received and non refundable so please donate responsibly.
We do enter everybody into our TOP 20 draw, what this means is when we release a new product, 20 people will receive this product absolutely free, we will contact you ahead of time to ensure we have the correct details. Once again we thank you most humbly for your donation.
A M C accepts no responsibility for user error when our products are being used however we will do everything in our power to help our our customers through any problem that may arise. If the problem is not user error then please refer to our returns policy.
